Colour

Intense deep ruby red with violet notes.

Nose

Wine of extraordinary identity, very intense, elegant, complex and refined; hints of medicinal herbs, scrub, forest, fresh spices combined with fruity notes of small black and red fruits.

Palate

Sweet, dense, voluminous, long and balanced tannin with a fresh acidity that extends into long and intense fruity and spicy notes. Full-bodied, elegant and austere wine where the fruit, spices and balsamic freshness dance in a unique and bewitching mix. It closes with a long a ertaste, spicy, balsamic, savory and mineral.

We hand-pick the grapes in small crates, we store them and we cool them for one night. The day after we double-check the grapes on the sorting table before starting the winemaking process.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in gres amphorae and in small temperature-controlled steel tanks.
The wine rests on its own skins for 30 days and the malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. Then we decant it in French oak barriques where the wine is elevated for 24 months.
After bottling, it is aged in glass for at least 18 months before the release.
